For example, if you register or access the services on this website via an account that is affiliated with an employer or another organization that manages the subscription, the Administrators of your account will have full access to all information submitted within your account.

Data Deletion - Termination of Agreement: Upon termination of an ITS, Inc / Navigo® contract, if requested by the customer's administrator, the historical content that is stored will be completely removed from the live NavigoCloud.com production database within 30 days. The data will remain in encrypted NavigoCloud.com database backups until those backups fall out of the 35-day backup retention window and are destroyed in accordance with our data retention policy.

Data Deletion - User Personal Data In the case of a NavigoCloud.com user account being deleted, upon deletion, NavigoCloud.com deletes the user's personal data, including items like name and email address, within 30 days of the request. After 30 days, such personal data will remain in encrypted NavigoCloud.com database backups until those backups fall out of the 35-day retention window and are completely destroyed.

In certain cases where ITS, Inc. has a legitimate business or legal purpose to do so, ITS, Inc. may keep user personal data. Some examples of this include financial information related to things like purchases and billing records; records showing why the account was deleted; or data relating to a litigation or other legal inquiry.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
